1. Service Contents

1.1 The yoga studio offers group classes, private sessions, workshops and other yoga courses, and is equipped with changing rooms and lockers.

1.2 The class schedule is for reference only. The venue may adjust classes, instructors or classrooms 24 hours in advance through the APP, mini-program or announcements.

2. Membership and Fees

2.1 Members who purchase the package themselves will have their activation date calculated from the start of the class.

2.2 One-time payment. We accept the following payment methods: bank transfer, TNG, and cash.

2.3 Points must be completed by the due date. The deadline marks the end.

3. Reservation and Cancellation

3.1 Members must make or cancel reservations at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 2 hours before the class start time will be considered as "no-shows" and no points will be refunded.

3.2 Absent members can make up the missed class.

4. Suspension and Extension (Freeze)

4.1 Purchasing a new package can delay the expiration date of the old package, but only for point-based packages, not including unlimited packages. Applications must be notified to the responsible person in advance.

4.2 Extra suspension periods can be granted for pregnancy, serious illness, etc., with valid proof. Applications must be notified to the responsible person in advance.

5. Transfer and Refund

5.1 The yoga studio does not offer refund or transfer services.

6. Safety and Injuries

6.1 Members should truthfully inform the coach of their health conditions before class and follow the coach's instructions. The studio will not be held responsible for any injuries caused by concealing health issues, but it can assist in calling for emergency medical assistance.

6.2 The yoga studio is not insured for public liability. It is recommended that members purchase personal accident insurance on their own.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1 Free lockers are for same-day use only and will be cleared overnight. Please keep valuable items with you at all times. The venue is not responsible for any lost items.

8. Breach and Termination

8.1 If a member engages in illegal activities, theft, fighting or sexual harassment within the venue, the venue may immediately terminate the membership without refund and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
